Job Summary:

Our Edmonton office is

looking for a junior inside Sales Representative to provide customer service

and develop new business opportunities

while providing exceptional service to existing dealers. The successful

candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling Security

products and solutions to professional security dealer.



  • Present Anixter/Tri-Ed topotential clients through proactive outbound calls

  • Identify potential dealers anddevelop and implement a detailed account strategy for each of them

  • Uncover new opportunities and expandyour contacts within existing accounts

  • Successfully manage the salesprocess; from lead generation, solution pitch, negotiation, closing theorder and providing post sales support

  • Responsible for new and existingbusiness. You are expected to beautonomous however you will work in close collaboration with yoursupervisor for complex pitches and strategies

  • Manage and maintain a pipelineand ensure all sales administration is up to date using our software

  • Respond to quotations andrequests for information in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

Reporting directly to the branch manager, the

successful candidate for this position will possess:

Experience & Schooling:

  • Certificateor diploma in a related discipline such as industrial(preferred)

  • Sales experience in Security(preferred)

Job-specific knowledge:

  • Goodknowledge of CCTV, intrusion and access control products an asset

  • Microsoftoffice

  • Excellentability to communicate in English and French(written and spoken)
