Position Description

We are looking for a District Sales Manager in our Network

and Security Solutions(NSS) business that is ready to lead a successful sales

team of 30+ Inside and Outside Sales Representatives. The District Manager will

lead the team to aggressively prospect and drive new sales within the local

territory. This position will provide tactical and strategic leadership

for the group, and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The District

Manager will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales

skills with the organization.

Your sales skillsneed be unrivaled, but it also helps if you have:

-At least 5 years previous leadership experience

-Sales experience in Network Infrastructure, Security, Audio/Video, Power,

Wireless, or related products and solutions

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-A confident and determined approach

-Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

-Self-motivation and drive

-A competitive streak
