This position supports the Utility Power Solutions(UPS) business on the High Voltage side of Operations

Position Purpose:

Responsible for stocking, servicing and maintaining

inventory in all assigned locations according to a set weekly visitation

schedule. Provide reporting as required to demonstrate current inventory and

current supply chain position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts timely and accurate fulfillment of

daily replenishment orders for the customer.

  • Monitors and adjusts min / max levels on an

ongoing basis to maintain the proper levels of inventory utilizing key metric =

stock outs.

  • Communicates effectively with the customer

about product stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations and outages to ensure

there are no stock outs.

  • Communicates with other functional

departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Interfaces with customer on material

management and resolves customer service issues.

  • Utilizes handheld devices or other technology

to scan and count designated material to ensure adequate replenishment stocking


  • Loads/unloads materials into stocking

areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles, at customer location following

company procedures.

  • Completes tasks such as ordering, loading,

unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation

of designated inventory.

We are looking for candidateswith:

  • 18+ months of

industrial/electrical inventory management experience.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Prior experience with inventory

control tracking systems.

  • Prior experience with warehouse

operations and products.
