Job Description

The HR Manager(Business Partner) will be responsible for leading all HR functions in Brazil and to cover all verticals of the Anixter business in the country.

This position will be based in São Paulo(Lapa region).

This role builds partnerships with all Management teams as a trusted advisor to understand the business needs and objectives, to develop and execute HR programs/solutions in support of these objectives in alignment with the company HR Strategy and to apply solutions of Human Resources areas including:

  • Employee relations

  • Change management

  • Talent management

  • Performance management

  • Succession Planning

  • Coaching

  • Compensation Management

  • Recruitment

  • Employee engagement

  • Legal Interface

  • Policies Management

  • Support in all Corporate Self-Management Tools

  • Communication


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business or related field.

  • Bilingual English/Portuguese(reading, writing, and conversation). Spanish language skill is a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as HR Generalist

  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Partnering experience

  • Multi country experience within LATAM is a Plus


  • Solid knowledge in local employment law, benefits programs, benefits and payroll administration;

  • Experience in working in a sales environment preferred

  • Hands-on profile and Ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, relationship building, consultative and influencing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be a team player, resilient and self-starter with strong project management skills
