We are searching for a learning and developmentprofessional who is interested in becoming a valuable contributor to anexisting and robust learning and development team.

The ideal candidateis interested in joining a team of professionals who can respond to the shiftinglearning needs of our stakeholders and meet the pace of change in the business.
We’re seeking anindividual with skills for working with individuals and teams for the creation,implementation, and facilitation of new and existing sales and leadershipprograms for all business segments.

Responsibility Areas/Job Duties:
Deliver sales and leadership skill developmentas a part of fostering and improving performance of our field organization. Thiscould include classroom, blended, and onsite work with sales and corporateresource organizations.
Partner with senior leadership effectively toidentify, build, deliver, and measure learning solutions to businesschallenges.
Build and administer learning programs via ourLMS, Intranet, and SharePoint systems
Design and develop relevant deliverables thatmeet the needs of stakeholders including online courses, job aids, quickreference guides, observation checklists, curriculums, instructor-led training,and manager-led workshops.
Collaborate with the L&D team to identifynew opportunities to produce creative new programs, tools, and learning experiences.
Analyze results collected from learning eventsand communicate the data to leadership audiences. Align with senior managementon business objectives, outcomes, and ROI expectations. Provide regular statusreports.
Ability to flex priorities between leadershipand sales development activities, systems support, solution design anddevelopment, implementation, and facilitation.
Purchase/create, deliver and implement learningprograms for outside salespeople in concurrence with overall learningstrategies
Purchase/create, deliver and implement learningprograms for sales managers in concurrence with overall learning strategies
Evaluate, select, and work with suppliers tocustomize training programs to align with business unit goals
At least 10 years’ experience in a professionallearning and development role
Strong classroom administration, instruction,and facilitation skills
Frontline field sales experience
Experience in instructional design andprinciples of adult learning
Excellent communication, written, andpresentation skills
Proven experience and certification in packaged salestraining programs such as Inside Out Coaching, Professional Selling Skills,Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Value Selling, Power Based Selling
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and workwith a team of people to build and implement programs
Demonstrated insight and experience to developprograms
Global experience, bilingual in English andSpanish preferred
Exemplary coaching skills
Supplier and project management – can evaluatesuppliers, manage customization, implement programs
MS Office proficiency
Experience with learning management systems
Experience in developing, delivering anddocumenting classroom, virtual, and e-learning courses
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, someinternational travel necessary
